Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Lesson Instructor to join our team at Calhoun Aquatic Center. As a Swim Lesson Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements
  • Must be at least 15 years of age
  • Pass the State of Georgia Criminal Background Check
  • Ability to work independently and possess energy and enthusiasm
  • Ability to positively interact with the general public
  • Previous aquatic experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate skills in swim lessons instruction
Certifications

Current Red Cross Lifeguard Certification and CPR/First Aid Certification
