Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective swim lessons to students of all skill levels
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe learning environment
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest teaching methods and techniques

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor, or childcare provider preferred
  • Ability to work with children of all ages and skill levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced aquatic environment
