You will be responsible for performing both preventative and emergency maintenance, diagnosing and repairing complex systems, and ensuring the overall safety and reliability of our facility's infrastructure.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance on industrial facilities equipment, including boilers, pumps, chillers, HVAC systems, air compressors, cryogenic, and chemical systems, to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
- Conduct thorough preventative and corrective maintenance on various facilities systems to minimize and avoid equipment downtime.
- Install, repair, and upgrade infrastructure equipment, including ductwork, piping, and electrical wiring, ensuring all installations meet safety and operational standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical and electrical systems, identifying potential issues and performing necessary repairs to prevent system failures.
- Oversee subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with facility standards and safety protocols.
- Support the continuous improvement of facility operations by proactively identifying opportunities for enhancing system performance and reliability.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance within an industrial or commercial setting.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Extensive training in safety practices, with the ability to assess and communicate necessary procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams, piping, and instrumentation diagrams.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed.
- Demonstrated technical ability in the maintenance of industrial HVAC and plumbing systems.
