We are seeking a proficient and knowledgeable Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee our construction initiatives. The successful candidate will excel in managing client relationships, ensuring top-notch service delivery, and enhancing project profitability. You will be tasked with steering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer service initiatives to ensure a positive project experience.
  • Address warranty claims in a timely manner.
  • Assist clients throughout the construction journey.
  • Transform leads into projects through accurate estimates and scoping.
  • Obtain project commitments from clients.
  • Define and document the project scope of work.
  • Create comprehensive estimates, supplements, and change orders.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations and secure necessary permits.
  • Develop and manage project timelines and budgets.
  • Identify and negotiate with subcontractors.
  • Oversee project workflow and maintain quality control.
  • Understand and execute duties of Construction Project Coordinator and Superintendent.
  • Achieve personal and team performance indicators.
  • Demonstrate initiative and fulfill responsibilities.
  • Complete additional tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma/GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in construction project management.
  • Strong background in customer service.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in restoration or construction is advantageous.
Physical Demands/Competencies
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
  • Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of items.
  • Familiarity with cleaning agents.
Working Environment
Includes standing, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, and working in various conditions.
Working Hours
Full-time, 45-50 hours per week, with occasional weekends and on-call duties.
