Position OverviewThe Sales Lead will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting the operational functioning of the store. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional client services and ensuring that clients remain the top priority
- Supporting the business strategy and adjusting to effectively reach goals
- Driving revenue by proactively managing the client experience and performing Manager On Duty responsibilities
- Utilizing tools to ensure a client-focused team environment and driving volume
- Coaching associates in the moment on client interactions and performance to maximize productivity and capture client opportunities
- Performing opening and closing procedures, including opening and closing registries, opening checklists, bank deposits, and retrieving and sending emails
- Assuming PIN and signature privileges for register functions requiring approval
- Utilizing reports to make effective merchandising decisions and style the store in Division standards
- Leveraging tools to drive operational excellence through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensuring optimal coverage and productivity in all areas of the store through scheduling
- Completing daily tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets all Premium Brands Services, LLC standards and guidelines
- Reporting to work as scheduled and recording time worked accurately using Premium Brands Services, LLC's Time and Attendance system
- Representing the brand by adhering to Premium Brands Services, LLC's dress code guidelines
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Client Service: Ability to prioritize client needs and balance required tasks and store operations
- Store Operations and Organization: Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines
- Merchandising: Knowledge of visual standards and techniques, and ability to implement and maintain with Premium Brands Services, LLC guidelines
- Accuracy: Ability to handle cash and provide change without error, and prepare nightly deposits as necessary
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, management, business partners, and store associates
- Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening and weekend shifts
- Physical: Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally, and maneuver effectively around the sales floor, stock room, and office
The minimum requirements for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum six months Sales Associate experience with Premium Brands Services, LLC or equivalent experience with another retailer in a position of sales associate or higher
- Part-time or full-time managerial experience preferred
