About the Role

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Loan Support Specialist to join our team. As a Loan Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting originators build complete loan files for submission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead to Contract Duties: Assist originator in appointment setting with prospective and new applicants, provide administrative support managing various client databases, and perform other related tasks.
  • Contract to Close Duties: Monitor key dates related to loan transactions, respond accordingly, and manage assigned originator's database.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of one year total experience in mortgage lending or a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, strong detail orientation, and highly organized.
  • Demonstrated patience and professionalism when interacting with internal and external customers.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between $14.58 and $24.30 per hour, depending on factors such as local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and geographical location.
