Job Description:

This role will be responsible for processing daily business transactions, performing various administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Process daily business transactions with accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and customer service
  • Participate in office training and cross-train in office functions
  • Use Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
  • Handle tasks such as reconciliations, deposits, and customer master maintenance

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated good computer experience or ability to learn quickly
  • Experience with data entry and adding machine
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
