**Job Title:** Residential Care Specialist
**Estimated Salary:** $48,000 - $58,000 per year
Catholic Charities is seeking a skilled Residential Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care to meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal care, and household maintenance.
- Monitor and report any changes in an individual's behavior or health status.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or High school Diploma with 2 years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Medication Administration Certification required.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
