Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign and lead daily activities on assigned line.
  • Train new and existing employees.
  • Conduct team meetings and share relevant information.
  • Maintain safety standards and ensure safety talks and walks are conducted.

  • Guide and assist team members to achieve and adhere to schedules and manufacturing requirements.
  • Track machine and part status, identify problems, and take steps to resolve.

  • Manage and oversee Lean systems.
  • Post and update daily, weekly, monthly, and other metrics.
