Premium Catering Attendant

As a Premium Catering Attendant with Aramark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest hospitality and ensuring timely and efficient set up, service, and break down of events. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, multitasking skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Set up catering and event service according to client/customer requests and banquet event orders
- Transport and deliver catering food and beverage with all vital supplies and equipment
- Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines, and other event equipment as requested in banquet event orders
- Replenish food and beverage products during events
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events
- Pick up and clean up food and beverage deliveries after service
- Break down and clean area after the conclusion of the events and return equipment to accurate storage
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Review BEOs, timelines, event notes, diagrams, etc. with supervisor and MOD
- Attend pre-shift prior to each event
- Set up workstation(s) in accordance with beginning checklists, sanitation, and cleaning guidelines
- Work with culinary to ensure food is set according to the BEO
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and other offerings according to the BEO
- Replenish food, beverage, utensils, service-ware, as needed throughout the event
- Maintain a clean service area throughout the duration of the event, attending to spills, bussing, etc. as needed
- Provides excellent customer service, anticipating guests' needs
- Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed expectations
- Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation
- Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work area always
- Breaks down and cleans/sanitizes food service areas, workstations, and equipment in accordance with closing checklists
- Returns dishes, equipment, etc. to the appropriate location in a clean and orderly fashion
- Arrive on time and in full uniform to each scheduled shift
- Adhere to Aramark alcohol and tip policies
- Maintain an exceptional level of professionalism at all times when on the clock
- Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium
- Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor always
- Must be able to deliver timely, efficient, quality service
- Ability to adapt to change quickly
- Must be proactive and self-motivated
- Organized and ability to prioritize as needed
- Ability to work under pressure
- Punctual and be dependable
- Must be able to read and maintain information and recipes
- Must follow job duties/procedures and instructions
- Able to move fast and act on assigned duties
- Must be able to stand, kneel, lift, carry, walk at a fast pace, and bend
- Ability to occasionally lift, push carts, carry trays, and put away parcels weighing up to 60 pounds
- Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods of time
- Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance standard
The hourly rate of pay for this position is $20.50. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
