Job SummaryColusa County Office of Education is recruiting for a Special Education Teacher who can instruct special education students individually and in small groups in accordance with County Office policies and procedures; develop and implement IEP goals, assess students, and coordinate programs to increase independence and functioning in society socially, vocationally and academically.

Salary:
$52,600 - $111,027 per year
Hours/Days:
7 hours per day, 185 days per year
Benefits:

Education & Experience:
Any combination equivalent to: bachelor's degree and teacher certification related to students served.
Licenses & Requirements:
Valid California Special Education Credential. Some positions within this classification may require sign language skills or the ability to speak, read, and/or write in a designated second language.
The successful candidate will be required to provide DOJ fingerprint clearance, COVID-19 vaccination verification (or program-required equivalent), TB test clearance, a valid California driver's license, following acceptance of job offer.
