Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting in Manheim, Pennsylvania. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs and develop targeted treatment plans
* Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings, using evidence-based practices and techniques
* Collaborate with educators and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication skills in the classroom
* Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
* Pennsylvania state license or eligibility for licensure
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
* Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
