Arcade Game Attendant

The Arcade Attendant is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring a fun and engaging experience for our guests in the arcade area. This role involves monitoring the arcade, enforcing rules, and providing excellent customer service.

• Monitor the arcade area and enforce rules to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
• Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the arcade.
• Answer customer questions and provide assistance with arcade games and activities.
• Process transactions using our point-of-sale system.
• Encourage guests to play games and participate in arcade activities.
• Redeem arcade winnings for prizes and maintain a clean and organized prize area.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure the arcade area is well-maintained.

• PA Child Abuse Clearance and FBI Fingerprint Criminal History Clearance (must be dated within the past 5 years and specifically for employment).
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Dependable transportation to and from work.
• Fluent knowledge of the English language, including the ability to read and interpret written information and speak and understand verbal communication.
• Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the position with any reasonable accommodations as necessary.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Previous retail experience.
• Highly dependable with a history of consistent attendance and punctuality.

The Arcade Attendant will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with frequent large crowds. The physical requirements of the position include standing, sitting, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing, and smelling. The team member will be required to have the visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.

The noise level in this environment is typically variable. The team member will occasionally be required to lift, push, pull, lower, and/or move up to 25 pounds.
