We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team at Jones Street Residential, LLC. As a key member of our community management team, you will play a crucial role in the overall success of our properties.

Your Role

As an Apartment Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire leasing process, from initial inquiries to resident move-in. This includes:

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
• Screening applicants, preparing lease documents, and executing lease agreements
• Maintaining accurate records of prospect and leasing data in our database
• Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, hospitality, or multi-family environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
