Job OverviewPosition Summary

The Technical Systems Architect is tasked with overseeing the administration of the Syncade Electronic Batch Record (EBR) Solution along with associated systems that enhance the operations of Quality Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the formulation of user specifications for quality information systems (Syncade).
  • Conduct daily assessments of the Syncade system's environment statuses, including data transfers within SQL frameworks.
  • Modify and/or create recipes within the Syncade framework to facilitate equipment integration or accommodate new products/processes.
  • Manage user access within the Syncade framework.
  • Implement equipment integration within the Syncade framework.
  • Establish a change tracking mechanism within the Syncade framework.
  • Define quality metrics within the recipes for reporting and evaluation purposes.
  • Monitor order progression in the system, reporting on inactive orders and resolving discrepancies.
  • Perform routine maintenance and install hotfixes for the Syncade environments, including application servers, SQL databases, and supporting hardware.
  • Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting functionality issues during EBR execution.
  • Facilitate the resolution of errors within Syncade to ensure operational uptime.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient understanding of SQL, XML, XPath, XSLT, VBA, and Crystal Reports.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
