Regional Vice President Opportunity

CFC, a leading provider of financial products and services to rural electric cooperatives, is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Regional Vice President. This position will be responsible for driving member engagement, preserving the existing loan portfolio, and growing loan volume in the west region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high-level member engagement and consult with members to ensure satisfaction and appropriate relationship and portfolio management.
  • Assess member needs and offer viable financial and business solutions to enhance member success.
  • Participate in the launch and delivery of CFC strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with AVPs in delivering lending solutions to members.
  • Deliver value-added services, including preparing and presenting KRTA data, participating in statewide seminars, and preparing presentations for CFC members.
Requirements:
  • BS in Business, Finance, or Accounting, preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience as an electric cooperative CEO, CFO, or equivalent.
  • Proven public speaking, presentation, meeting facilitation, and written communication skills.
  • Significant understanding of the cooperative business model and mission.
  • Proven team leadership, conflict management, and relationships management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management and financial planning.
  • Ability to work with complex financial models and interpret cooperative and market financial data.
