Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Test and Reliability Co-op to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Burlington, Massachusetts. As a Co-op, you will have the opportunity to work with our Engineering Manager of Reliability, Test Fixtures and Automation to support reliability predictions and assessments of systems, sub-systems, and components of KDP appliances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Reliability and Design Validation Testing for New Products
  • Conduct data analysis on test results to support New Product Introduction milestone events
  • Support Advanced Development projects through rapid testing and mechanical design of fixtures
  • Identify gaps or potential improvement to current test methods

Requirements
  • Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Mechanical Engineering or another related field
  • Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)
  • Ability to communicate test results in an effective manner
  • Passion for consumer products
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
  • Hands-on problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of risk assessment tools
  • Microsoft Office tools
  • SolidWorks Proficiency
Nice to Haves
  • Hands on experience with building or troubleshooting electro-mechanical test fixtures
  • Experience with manual and automated data collection and analysis
  • Familiarity with DFMEA process
  • Experience with Root Cause/Failure Analysis
  • Experience creating or modifying test methods
