Facilities Manager Role Overview:
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Compensation: $72,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and estimate expenses related to facilities projects, including labor, equipment, and materials
  • Manage design initiatives and ensure adherence to all applicable codes and contracts
  • Coordinate and supervise the workflow across all departments, including plant operations
  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities
  • Maintain thorough records and documentation regarding facility usage, maintenance schedules, and construction activities, addressing any issues that arise
  • Foster strong relationships through open communication with internal departments
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related area
  • In-depth knowledge of facilities planning principles, as well as local, state, and federal building codes and regulations
  • Strong understanding of building design, construction, and industrial maintenance
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities
