We are seeking a Research Director or Senior Vice President to collaborate closely with senior consultants and industry experts who are committed to leveraging insights for business growth. This role offers flexibility in location across the USA.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage comprehensively in daily business operations, focusing on:
   a. Business development
   b. Client relationship management

   d. Staff development
2. Lead the formation and growth of a diverse team of market researchers dedicated to the innovative design, execution, and delivery of advanced methods for gathering and interpreting consumer insights.
3. Collaborate with senior leadership to oversee the design and execution of our projects, ensuring excellence and innovation in:
   a. Solution architecture and offer development
   b. Research program implementation and operational processes
   c. Proposal development and analysis
4. Cultivate and manage significant strategic client relationships.
5. Foster a positive and collaborative environment, mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, ideally within supplier-side organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, Technology, Media, Entertainment, or Retail sectors.
- Proven ability to develop strategic learning plans and turn conceptual ideas into actionable business strategies.
- Demonstrated success in account management, growth planning, and meeting budget expectations.
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with advanced market research methodologies, encompassing both quantitative and qualitative approaches.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with a capacity to quickly adapt to new technologies and software.
- Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning capabilities.
