Job Summary

Phoenix Children's is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician II to join our team at the Thomas Main Lab. This is a full-time position available on all shifts with a $3000 sign on bonus offered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform laboratory tests, including specimen processing, testing, and result reporting.
  • Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
  • Utilize computer applications to manage laboratory data and results.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a 2-year MLT program from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of post-secondary education and work experience.
  • Clinical laboratory experience preferred.
  • Current nationally recognized certification (ASCP or equivalent) required.
