Job Summary

Become a part of our dedicated team at Business Jet as a Business Aviation Support Team Member. As a key member of our front desk and ramp operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of client requests.

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with various requests, including fueling, catering, and transportation arrangements
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate client needs and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

Necessary Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience; previous aviation or FBO experience preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with computer software and excellent communication skills

Compensation Package:
- Annual salary: $50,000 - $65,000, based on performance and experience
- Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and additional perks
