Job Summary

Hotel 360 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our front desk, providing exceptional guest service, and leading a team of front office personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Supervise and manage the front desk team to ensure efficient and profitable operation, including checking in and out guests, handling guest requests, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of front office personnel, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued, and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure that all needs are met and that any issues are resolved promptly.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise, using problem-solving skills and judgment to ensure that the guest's needs are met and that the hotel's reputation is maintained.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a hotel front office role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional guest service and leading a team.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
