Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and analyze clients' technical specifications.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions are accurately sized and constructed to meet established quality benchmarks.
  • Design, assess, size, and provide quotations for tailored products or services that align with client requirements.
  • Assist senior project engineers and project managers throughout project implementation.
  • Estimate project expenses and collaborate on product design with sales and production teams.
  • Act as the technical lead for designated projects.
  • Offer operational support for new and customized products and initiatives.
  • Conduct installation and troubleshooting service tasks for new and tailored products in the field.
  • Develop tools for established products to facilitate transition to Catalyzer or other teams.
  • Exhibit a willingness to mentor and guide fellow engineers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline; Mechanical preferred.
  • 0-6 years of experience in a relevant engineering field or engineering role at MIRATECH.
  • Capability to interpret electrical schematics and wiring interconnections.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional skills in time management, organization, meeting project deadlines, problem-solving, innovative solutions, and data analysis.
  • Ability to work autonomously to deliver high-quality results within tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with Syspro ERP software is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experienced with SolidWorks CAD or equivalent software.
  • Commitment to MIRATECH and a positive workplace culture.
