Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Java developer with expertise in object-oriented design and software development. The ideal candidate will have experience in building distributed, service-oriented, and cloud-based solutions using Java (Spring, OAuth, Swagger, etc.). Familiarity with industry-standard SDLC models (Agile, Unified/RUP) and comprehensive understanding of relational database and NoSQL database concepts are essential. Experience with Spring Platform, Cloud Native Development on Pivotal Cloud Foundry Platform, and Micro-services development is highly valued. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of Unit testing frameworks, architecting and implementing factor apps using Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud. Continuous Delivery process refinement and tool sets such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Nexus, and Monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace are also desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are required. The ability to work independently, learn quickly, and take initiative when solving unexpected problems is essential.

Preferred Skills
Nice to have skills include knowledge of Mobile App Development and Front-end development using design framework components. A strong candidate will have a strong desire to automate and self-service, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities is also essential. Experience in Agile Framework & methodology, CA Agile Central (Rally), JIRA, or similar backlog management tools, and Pair programming is highly valued. Awareness of DevOps and Agile principles is also desirable.

Requirements
We require + years of software development experience with current/recent experience in Java. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is also necessary.
