Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Leader to join our Product Development (PD) Platform Ops team. As a Program Leader, you will be responsible for taking ownership of our 3DX software development, a critical component of our long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of our 3DX ecosystem, including customization, widgets, data integrations, APIs, and cross-platform integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize our processes and deliver scalable, highly-available environments for our PLM infrastructure and software.
  • Develop and implement guidelines for software development, including front-end and back-end development, using code for everything, and leveraging public cloud, pipelines, LLM/ML, and SaaS products.
  • Work closely with our team to drive innovation and adoption of new methods, including infrastructure-as-code and application configuration as code.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with a PLM platform, specifically Dassault's 3DX product line.
  • 3+ years of experience leading software development teams and/or developers.
  • 10+ years of experience as a software developer or engineer, with expertise in front-end and back-end web development, API consumption, and open-sourced code.
  • Experience working in an AGILE environment and using tools like Tekton, Github Actions, Jira, and Git/Github.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including infrastructure-as-code and application configuration as code.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Tekton or Github Actions, GCP, Apigee, and Github Enterprise.
  • Functional experience with front-end and back-end web development, API consumption, and open-sourced code.
  • Expert understanding of Git/Github, Jira, and DevOps principles and practices.
