Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality patient care and support in a home-based setting
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on disease management, medication adherence, and overall wellness
Requirements
  • Current valid nursing license in the state of Florida
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current CPR certification
