Premium Production, a dynamic manufacturing company in Hildale and St. George, Utah, is seeking a highly skilled Production Sanitation Specialist to join its team.

This full-time position involves routine operation, disassembly, cleaning, sanitizing, reassembly, and staging of encapsulation and capsule polisher machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of machine parts, components, and tools
  • Maintain an organized and sterilized working environment
  • Prepare auxiliary equipment and encapsulation room for production
  • Troubleshoot and report machine issues as needed
  • Accurately document and record operations

Requirements:

  • Collaboration, communication, and listening skills
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated approach
  • Cleaning and organizing skills
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • A strong work ethic
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to be on feet for long periods
  • The ability to lift at least 50 lbs or more
  • The ability to use common hand and power tools
  • An understanding of allergen control
  • Chemical use, sanitation, and cGMP knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • 1+ years of experience in sanitizing food or dietary supplement facilities
  • Maintenance skills for equipment like grinders, hopper elevators, and blend totes

Salary: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
