Production Sanitation Specialist

Premium Production, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Sanitation Specialist - Encapsulation CIP Professional to join our team in Hildale and St. George, Utah.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our encapsulation and capsule polisher machines, maintaining an organized working environment, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

This is a full-time, in-person position with a competitive hourly rate of $19.00 per hour, paid on a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

• Understand machine parts, components, and tools to ensure effective maintenance and operation
• Maintain a sterile and organized working environment, adhering to cGMP standards and company protocols
• Prepare auxiliary equipment and encapsulation room for production, ensuring seamless operations
• Troubleshoot and report machine issues as needed, leveraging problem-solving skills and expertise
• Accurately document and record all operations, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement

• Candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least 1 year of experience in sanitizing food or dietary supplement facilities
• Excellent cleaning and organizing skills, with a strong attention to detail and self-motivation
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs or more and use common hand and power tools
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a willingness to work effectively in a team environment
