Warehouse Operations Specialist

Fresh Roasted Coffee LLC. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
* Process and load orders in a timely and accurate manner
* Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; and staging orders in delivery area
* Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, or delivery vehicles, by hand or using powered equipment
* Load and unload trailers
* Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported
* Enforce inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests
* Receive orders and pick products from the warehouse
* Check packing list for accuracy and inspect collected goods
* Provide quality service by following organization standards and safety procedures
* Preserve safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat
* Complete reports by entering required information
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
* Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is required
* Experience operating a forklift is required, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment required
* Must have a valid PA Driver's License
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying
* Must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds at a time
