Leasing Consultant

CSC Management - Lexington is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for impacting our marketing efforts and leading tours to secure leases.

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, experienced, and driven. You will need to maintain a professional atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents meet. This includes inspecting models and making ready vacancies daily to ensure cleanliness.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Inspect models and make ready vacancies daily.
• Answer incoming phone calls and handle each call professionally.
• Greet prospective residents, qualify and determine their needs and preferences.
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends.

Lead tours to secure leases, maintain a professional atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents meet, inspect models and make ready vacancies daily, answer incoming phone calls and handle each call professionally, greet prospective residents and qualify and determine their needs and preferences.

1-3 years experience in real estate and/or marketing or sales preferred. Proficient knowledge and willingness to learn Microsoft Office Suite, Email, Dropbox, Google Drive, and Online Databases like Entrata and Appfolio.
