Job Summary

Crumbl Cookies - Gulf Breeze is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and combine ingredients to make a variety of baked goods, including cookies, cakes, and pastries.
  • Decorate and display finished products to ensure visual appeal.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet food safety and quality standards.
  • Interact with customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage inventory, track deliveries, and maintain accurate records.
  • Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
