Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate detailed project plans encompassing scope, budget, timeline, and resource distribution.
  • Oversee and manage all facets of the construction initiative, including procurement, subcontractor oversight, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, guidelines, and regulatory standards.
  • Track project advancement, identify potential challenges or risks, and implement effective remedial measures.
