Prom Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our prom team at Bridal Gallery. As a seasonal/part-time prom department consultant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support for our prom and formal wear products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and welcoming customer service to clients
• Assist customers in selecting and fitting prom and formal wear dresses
• Organize and maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
• Physical stamina to work in a high-energy retail environment
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience
• Knowledge of prom and formal wear products and trends
