Job Description

This position involves cultivating positive relationships with association boards, addressing unit owners' needs, managing vendors, and overseeing the association's finances.

  • You will develop and maintain professional relationships with the Board of Directors and homeowners, promptly addressing service requests and investigating serious complaints.
  • You will also develop and foster relationships with association vendors to ensure cooperation and supervise the quality of their services.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive systems for the protection of community assets and records in a professional manner. This includes inspecting the community and facilities to determine maintenance and security needs, ensuring safety rules are communicated and enforced.

You will investigate accidents and claims for property damage, including damage or destruction to common elements, and prepare fully written reports. Additionally, you will prepare meeting agendas, supervise file and record management, and attend Board of Directors and Annual or Special Meetings.

Requirements
  • Bilingual (English, Spanish) is preferred.
  • An active CAM License is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience is necessary.
  • Experience with High-Rise Condominiums and HOA Management is a plus.
