Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Community Association Manager Assistant to join our team at FirstService Residential. As a key member of our property management team, you will assist in the management of properties and develop your knowledge and skills in areas such as lease administration, income/expense management, physical facilities management, and tenant relations.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will acquire and maintain current knowledge of state regulatory agency statutes and community documents, policies, and procedures. They will also assist with field activities associated with a property or group of properties, oversee the tracking and response to tenant service requests, and maintain positive communication with tenants through regular outreach programs. Additionally, they will perform quarterly property inspections, coordinate insurance requirements, and develop and distribute tenant manuals and other formalized communication materials.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need two years of experience as an on-site manager managing property operations, preferably with a bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Certification and licensure as a Community Association Manager (CAM) is preferred. Strong customer service principles and practices are essential, as is the ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, and regulations. Interpersonal skills and computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, are also required.
