About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team at Crimson Technologies. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and management of Microsoft environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement large-scale IT projects for clients, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Handle troubleshooting and maintenance for end devices and servers, either remotely or on-site at client locations.
  • Take on diverse technical challenges with various IT systems, utilizing your expertise to resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and processes.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge in working with IT networks, as well as in the administration, maintenance, and management of MSFT servers and Active Directories.
  • Specialized expertise in individual areas such as Microsoft Exchange, Veeam, VMware, ESET, and WatchGuard.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and challenges.
  • A Class B driver's license, with a valid driver's license.
