Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our team of primary care specialists. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and disease management.
- Collaborate with our care management and population health teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
