Business Development Manager Job Description

PureDry, a member of the Trivest Portfolio Partners, is seeking a Business Development Manager in the Seattle area.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, marketing, and business strategy within the residential restoration industry. This role involves driving growth and expansion of market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development Strategy
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, trends, and potential partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the residential restoration industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the residential restoration market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

We are offering an estimated salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year based on location and experience.
