Job Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR team with various tasks, including onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the hiring process, including processing applications, coordinating onboarding, and recommending candidates.
  • Work closely with HR management to oversee new hire training and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on policies, benefits, and other related issues.
  • Perform data entry tasks, such as new hires, transfers, and terminations, in our Oracle system.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data.
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with SOX regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
  • Working knowledge of current employment laws and related legislation.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English and maintain accurate records.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
