Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in our Respiratory Therapy department. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide respiratory therapy services, including ventilator management and oxygen therapy
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license issued by the state in which the team member practices
  • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
