  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients, including referrals to specialists and other community resources.
  • Participate in health fairs and community events, promoting health education and outreach to underserved populations.
  • Stay current in the field, engaging in ongoing education and professional development to maintain expertise and licensure.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an NLN-approved MSN Nurse Practitioner program in the appropriate specialty.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner, or graduation from a certified Nurse Practitioner program and three years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Work experience with and/or sensitivity to target population preferred.
  • Bilingual: Spanish or Vietnamese may be required.
