Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary customer service to all patrons.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in a retail setting.

  • Guide customers through the rental process and recommend appropriate products.
  • Restock merchandise on shelves and maintain appealing store displays.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of school music programs and proficiency in one or more musical instruments.

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to stand and walk.
  • Frequently required to reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • Occasionally required to sit or climb stairs.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Work is typically performed in comfortable conditions, with occasional outdoor tasks.
