Responsibilities:

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and housekeeping standards, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Support the Sales and Operations team with tasks such as wrapping client packages, cleaning client jewelry, and restocking store supplies.
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking office supplies, packaging materials, and stationery.
  • Identify and report any issues or concerns to the Operations team.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an operational role in a customer service environment, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
