Dealership Executive

Frontier Ford is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage department heads to ensure seamless operations and high-performance standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Foster an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high CSI ratings and promoting a dealership culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
- Metric Analysis: Regularly review critical metrics and adjust strategies to optimize production and improve efficiency.
- Proven Track Record: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals with a minimum 3-5 years of automotive management experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong computer and phone skills, and a valid driver's license.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
