Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planner to join our team at Larson Financial Group, LLC. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to work directly with clients to achieve their financial goals.

About the Role
In this client-facing position, you will use your industry knowledge to contribute to an outstanding client experience. You will be working closely with the Advisory team to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with clients. This role requires a person with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Client Meetings: Prepare and conduct client meetings to discuss their financial plans and provide recommendations.
  • Data Collection: Gather data from clients to prepare financial plans and insurance illustrations.
  • Communication: Communicate investment advice based on team recommendations and track next steps in the planning process for clients.
  • Service Delivery: Provide outstanding service to reproduce top clients by implementing client touches and creating a concierge experience.
  • Technical Skills: Enter and manipulate information into Contact Management System and Financial Planning software.


Requirements
  • Education: Four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Licenses: Series 7 & 66 Licenses and CFP certification.
  • Experience: 8+ years' experience in the Financial Planning field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of insurance/financial services industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook, experience with financial planning software, and Salesforce.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to maintain confidentiality, flexible schedule, and self-directed time management.

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
