**Job Summary**

Aramark is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of merchandise in our industrial laundry facility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Remove orders from the trolley or pull used merchandise for mending, replacement, and exchange
  • Pull badges/emblems and attach to order form, sort batches by garment families, sew badges/emblems on garments, and hem pants
  • Identify and segregate merchandise not meeting specified quality standards and company grading policy for used garments
  • Accurately count and sort merchandise, and sew badges/emblems straight and on the proper garments
  • Replace garments on trolley and push completed trolley to next station
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, and observe best practices in all production activities

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to understand all required training, written, and verbal instructions
  • Working knowledge of basic math skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet attendance schedule

**Working Environment:**

This role will be performed in a warehouse setting and may require exposure to outside weather conditions, extreme heat and cold conditions, as well as dust and noise. The work schedule will be based on a shift schedule, and may include weekends. Overtime may be required as needed.

**Physical Requirements:**

  • Requires the ability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull bags weighing up to 20 lbs
  • Requires the ability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull product weighing up to 10 lbs
  • Requires bending, reaching, pulling, twisting, pressing, and lifting
  • Requires the use of hands for grasping and other manipulations
  • Requires standing and walking for long periods of time

**Education and Experience:**

A high school degree or equivalent is preferred. Relevant experience in a warehouse or industrial setting is also preferred.
