Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our manufacturing engineering team in supporting new product launches, capital requests, and facility enhancements. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, developing equipment specifications, and driving a culture of high performance and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the manufacturing engineering team to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Develop and implement equipment specifications and requirements for the plant.
  • Lead the development of manufacturing processes and procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Identify and coordinate capital investment opportunities to support business growth.
  • Develop and execute departmental goals and objectives, including department budget.
  • Continuously improve the production process through improvements to equipment, tools, procedures, or other factors impacting safety, quality, and production capability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Manufacturing/Industrial preferred).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure, and make decisions independently.
  • Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
What We Offer

PACCAR offers a competitive salary range of $110,600 to $157,500 annually, as well as a full range of benefit options, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401k with up to a 5% company match, and tuition reimbursement for continued education.
