Job Title: Customer Support Team Lead

At Acorn Stairlifts, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and coach customer support agents to ensure they are meeting quality and productivity standards.
  • Assist the Customer Support Manager in managing the customer support team and ensuring that all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct new hire training and ongoing training to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer support.
  • Research and analyze customer complaints and issues to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the customer support experience.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that customer support is aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of customer support software and systems.
