This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $35, based on your experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SOLAR PANEL INSTALLER
As a Solar Installer, you will represent our technical and service team, ensuring timely and high-quality work for our clients. Your responsibilities will include installing solar photovoltaic arrays by accurately measuring and laying out roofs and grounds for racking. You will safely transport modules and materials, navigate ladders, and secure and connect all fixtures and components as directed by your lead installer. Adhering to best practices for quality installations is crucial, and you will also support your fellow crew members as needed. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SOLAR PANEL INSTALLER
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Experience working on roofs with appropriate safety equipment
- Proficiency in using basic power tools
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Strong work ethic
