Solar Panel Installation Technician

**Job Summary**

LaPlante Electric Inc. is seeking a skilled Solar Panel Installation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical and service team, you will be responsible for installing solar photovoltaic arrays by measuring and laying out roofs and grounds for racking. You will safely move modules and materials up and down ladders and secure and connect all fixtures and components as directed by your lead solar installer.

**Responsibilities**

- Install solar photovoltaic arrays by measuring and laying out roofs and grounds for racking
- Safely move modules and materials up and down ladders and secure and connect all fixtures and components as directed by your lead solar installer
- Follow best practices for high-quality installations and help crew members as needed
- Represent our technical and service team by providing prompt and quality work for our customers

**Requirements**

- Physically able to lift and move 50 lbs.
- Can work on roofs with safety equipment
- Can use basic power tools
- Willingness to learn
- Possess a strong work ethic
